Call and arrange – Once you have called to book in your clean or booked in online. we will contact you confirming a day to clean your windows.

Recieve Reminder – The evening before your scheduled clean we will send an automated text to remind you and ask you to leave your gate open so we have access.

Watch us at work! – Sit back and be amazed at our efficiency, expert workmanship and dazzling end product. (And spy on your neighbors through your crystal clear windows).

Time For Payment – Recieve and automated payment reminder text containing our BACS. Then wait for our reminder text In another 4,6or 8 weeks

The majority of our clients have their windows cleaned every 6 weeks, we find this is the perfect maintenance schedule.

Our main method of window cleaning is pure water, waterfed pole.

Do I need to home to be home have my windows cleaned?

No, we send a text the evening before our visit, kindly asking if you can leave access open to the beck of the house.

Can you reach my 3 storey windows?

Definitely, our equipment allows us to reach heights of up to 50ft, Velux windows also wont be a problem for us.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

Our methods of payment are cash, bank transfer and direct debit.

Will I know when you are going to come?

We text you the evening before to let you know we are coming.
